Final model in Crysis

My chosen clients are Stephen Hawking and Nicole Kueper. This is the overall picture of their labs where the lighter part is Nicole's lab and the darker part is Stephen's Lab. The model is situated in a pool like area because I want both clients to experience the ground eventhough they are at above ground. For example, Nicole's lab is on the top but when she looking outside, she can see the ground level as like she really on the ground level. Thus, this give the clients and equal experience to the surrounding. Besides, the model is situated at an open space in order to have a maximum gain of sunlight.

I made Nicole's lab to be a little bit higher becuase her works need to have a good area where maximum sunlight could be gain. Plus i made an area at the roof top in order for her to place her solar panel up there.

on the other hand, stephen's lab design is projected a little bit to the side in order him to observe the sky without any obstacle. I also mad a room (right beside the meeting place) with an open roof specifically for him to observe the sky (picture below).

This is the meeting place. The meeting space is situated at the space between stephen's lab (below) and Nicole's lab (above). In relation to my electroliquid aggregation, the position of the meeting space correspond to their agreement of idea. They sharing a middle space just like how they sharing an agreement of idea. The vastness and openness of the meeting place can give the clients a natural view of the nature.

Their working spaces and labs are interconnected to each other. Such connection reflects my electroliquid aggregation. Plus, what I want to achive with this model is that, from the outside, I want it to looks like they are working together in the same space. This is because it will emphasize that they have a similar idea on science. Other than that, i try to imply one of the method (shadow as refuge) on casting shadow from Russell's Black Box lecture with my model. Eventhough the shadow of the structure is casted on the terrain, but the effect is not very significant.
